You own the number

The count, the assemblies, and the letter are a worksheet. You review. You stamp. You send. We are not a party to the bid. We are not your engineer of record.

What the software does not do

  • It does not walk the job, open a ceiling, or see a condition that is not on the sheet.
  • It does not invent a fixture price. Unpriced lines stay UNKNOWN, not $0.
  • It does not replace the spec, addenda, or a lighting schedule you still have to read.
  • It does not certify scale. If the bar is wrong, footage is wrong. Calibrate.
  • Stamp is for print. It does not freeze cells. Change a quantity and the stamp drops so you do not send a stale letter.

Misses

A mark can be missed. A homerun can look like a loop. A custom glyph may need a teach. Check flags those. Sending a letter without opening Check is on you.

Liability

We are not liable for a number you send to a GC, a missed device, extra EMT, or a backcharge. See Terms for the cap and the rest of the contract.
